DESCRIPTION

  Planters S240/1 and S240 are intended for planting seedlings of all kind with 6 to 20 cm of height on in the field and forest crops. Simple design and suitable materials ensure reliable operation with uncomplicated service. Planting seedlings can be carried out in an arbitrary row spacing in the range of 50 - 115 cm. Planting discs have got openings on the circumference (every 600mm, 900 mm, 1200 mm), which have markers attached, depending on the spacing one wants to achieve between planted plants in a row. Planting seedlings is facilitated thanks to a platform made of sheet metal attached to the stands that are placed on the frame boom, where a box with seedlings can be put. Using the planters S240/1, S240 perfectly cooperating with tractors of class 0.6 one can plant seedlings of cabbage, celery, tomatoes, peppers, strawberries, etc. Whereas in horticulture and forestry these planters can be successfully used to establish nurseries, eg .: roses, shrubs, spruce, pine, etc.
